Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully authorized or otherwise marked as paid by an authorized administrator. Unpaid orders may remain pending for a limited period and may be cancelled if payment is not completed.

We may accept payments through supported third-party payment gateways and any manual payment methods specifically approved by our team. Available methods may change without notice.
3. Unpaid Orders
If an order remains unpaid, it may continue to appear in your account dashboard with an option to complete payment. We reserve the right to cancel stale unpaid orders or limit fulfilment until payment is received.
4. Cancellations by Customer
If you need to cancel an order or booking request, contact us as soon as possible. Approval of cancellations depends on the status of the order, fulfilment progress, and whether any service slot or item has already been allocated.
5. Cancellations by Us
We may cancel or decline orders due to non-payment, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, scheduling conflicts, or other operational reasons. If payment has already been captured and the order is cancelled by us, a refund may be issued where appropriate.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is assessed case by case. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the matter. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and suspend related accounts while a dispute is under review.
